bu tatile 46.7 kg ile basladim. ve 2 hafta icinde 50 kiloyu gordum. tabikide hepsi yagdan degil ama kendimi cok sisman ve kotu hissediyorum :( doner donmez guzel bir glute/leg day ve biraz kardiyo yaparim. karin kaslarimi gormeyi ozledim :D
