Well, I've been wrestling with the same 5 pounds since Thanksgiving, back and forth. I have done reasonably well this week aside from it being my TOM and I have had a cold since Tuesday which for some reason I have wanted to stuff my face with.
Either way, I am starting a cleanse cycle tomorrow, goes 9 days. It is a complete test of will and determination but I did it before and feel WONDERFUL afterwards. It not only gives makes me feel rejuvenated, it gives my weight loss a boost, (last time I dropped 10 pounds and have never come close to gaining it back) but it also helps tame my portions. If you know me, that is my biggest problem, I LOVE to eat a LOT of food. Health food or junk food, I can put it away if I am not careful.
So here goes, I know I am ready and need a swift kick in the rear to get back on track.
