back to work today... way easier to follow the diet at work then at home on the weekends. need to stop grazing! cant decide if i should count calaries or carbs!

i thought it was just me.. it's soo much easier to diet when at work rather then weekends. sometimes i almost dread them because i know i dont watch a much

Agree..weekends are a complete meatgrinder. Why can't everyday be Monday!
