I have spent the last few days nailing down every bite I ate. It feels good to get in the grind again. I have been rocking the gym for the past few monthes, but have not counted calories. Last time I was tracking my calories, I lost a bunch of weight. It is time to put my game face on and have my sister in-law as a gym buddy. I plan on hitting the gym tonight with her. It is time to renew my membership. I finally have my own laptop and the app on my phone. I am ready to get my skinny on!
