Another lovely January day.
I managed to get up a little bit earlier then usual this morning. I have been trying to get up earlier, so I can start my day with some yoga and strength exercises on the Wii Fit. I have actually been getting a decent workout on it. While it feels good to work some muscles that haven't been used much in a while, it also gives me an idea of just how out of shape I am. I never would have thought that trying to stand on one foot for 30 seconds would hurt, but there it is. At any rate, I'm getting better at it.
My GF signed us up for some kickboxing classes today. I'm looking forward to it, and hopefully it will be something fun we can do together to get in shape.
