bugun 1 yil sonra ilk defa istemsizce bir cheat day yaptim 2700 kaloriye yakin yedim. eskiden olsa su an aglar kendimi doverdim ama su anda biliyorum ki kilo hizl verildigi gibi hizli da alinmiyor. 2 haftadir tatildeyim ve kendimi kismadan yedim. genellikle saglikli besleniyordum ama her gun 1 kacamak (tatli vs..) yiyordum. 2 haftadir spor da yapmiyorum maalesef. haftaya turkiyeye gidecegim duzenime donerim insallah
