I just picked up a recumbent bike yesterday from the store! I am excited to say that now the real weight loss is going to begin!
1st Goal: Pre-pregnancy weight: 141.6 pounds Lose: 14.8 pounds
2nd Goal: 135 pounds Lose: 6.6 Pounds
Total weight loss: 21.4 Pounds
I know it looks weird how I split up my two goals but I did it that was taking into account that the last 5 pounds are always the hardest to lose.
