Cant believe it - I feel quite sick - started the 28-day diet going strong for 2 days now - and wham bam had to go out to the shop during lunch time and could help it but I bought a chocolate - I just had to - I was really craving for one. Oh well - tomorrow is weight in day and we will see what it did to me - SHIT man really!! Why can I not be strong enough to say NO :(. Sommer going to cry
