Day 3 of p90x, I did the Arms and Shoulders DVD last night with the Ab Ripper x. Compared to Plyometrics it was a cake walk. A little too easy... Ab Ripper X still sucks horribly and I don't know what kind of freaks can actually make it through that entire thing without their mid section and leg muscles wanting to be set on fire instead. meh!!! Tonight is yoga and a 5 mile run. I am trying to fit marathon training in with this p90x and it is kind of hard... Cardiac Arrest here I come!
