Could not sleep went to the gym this morning and did 45 minutes Cardio. Tomorrow I may do just weights, we shall see how the knee holds up.

My weight sucks. Have added 3 pounds this week. I have not cheated one time, have recorded everything I ate and have kept up on my water. I suspect it is just water retention. Being old sucks.

I am moving forward with my plan. I WILL continue to eat healthy and will stay on track at the gym. One of these days the weight will fall off.
