I can't do this diet "automatically" yet. Caring for injured hubby has not left me able to figure my numbers. There are hidden carbs everywhere! But it will get better as I turn it into a lifestyle. I know it works. Kind of glad I decided to do a once a week weigh-in though...lol.

Thanks Mickfan1! Heading for the doc today to see if he needs surgery. I've been known to stress-eat LOL so I have to work on my determination factor. Repeat to myself--low carb, low carb, low carb!!!!

How's he doing? Stress eat with 'good'stuff - have a nut, chew them one at a time. They make you thirsty so have a swig of water too. Keep your hands busy. Put a big smile on your face - it apparently relieves stress - and after a while it becomes real (and it terrifies strangers too!!) Good Luck I'm thinking of you

Thanks Minitata--no knee surgery needed for hubby. I am smiling! Never thought of sometimes having a single nut or so--great tip! And okay, I'm going along with you--I am looking for my crocheting now. Ready to terrify strangers! (You do me good, lady!)
