Very grumpy this am. Hubby looked me dead in the eyes last nite and admitted he was trying to sabatage my diet because "I like you the way you are".
WHY would he do that? I became very upset and while he apologized, he wasn't *really* sorry.

maybe he is just scared that if you get 'thinner and healthier" that you will no longer be attracted to him or want him anymore. i have had this same problem with my hubby since we both got "fat" together and through the years as i tried to lose weight he would bring home more junk food knowing that i could not resist it. my suggestion is to either get him involved in the plan so you can "lose it totether" or just make sure you remind him often while you do this on your own that he is still the one for you and that this will benefit the both of you in the long run
