Christmas decorations are down and its not June! I ate well to day and have my meals planned for tomorrow. I really want to hit 198 by the end of January. Stress and lack of sleep might help.

DH insists decorations get down before New years. One year I delayed and he put the Christmas Tree, completely decorated, out on the deck.

Ah Buffy, thanks for the laugh, I needed that. Sounds like life in your house is never dull. How long have you been married? I find marriage really hard and would much prefer being on my own.

Stress and lack of sleep don't usually help me - I find when I am stressed and tired, I move slower throughout the whole day, and burn less calories overall. If I can get my energy up, I can burn more calories, and lose more weight.

Hi Brandy, I now you are right. I usually want to grab chocolate or something sweet for a pick me up when I'm tired. And it's bad when I don't have the energy or desire to plan and prepare my meals. Not a good idea at all. I see you have not been relaxing at all in the past year, 80 plus pounds that's awesome. Thanks for the comment.
