Wow, wasted 500 calories on crap. Everything I read is right. Once your binge is over, no matter how good it tasted, I always feel like crap afterwards. Guilty, embarassed, just bad. I have lost my motivation somewhere when the holidays came around and now it is so hard to find it again. We still have junk food in the house. I think I'm going to go through the cabinets right now and overhaul, again.
