I forgot my lunch today, no big deal but what I had planned to eat for breakfast looked like wallpaper paste so I didn't eat it. (Cottage cheese, golden flax-seed meal, and mixed frozen berries) Thankfully Libby made a Publix run for all of us and I grabbed a sub. I just ate the meat and cheese from it and gave the bread to someone else. I was grateful that she went I was starting to get a little bit mean.
One of my review sites had a dvd exercise program for under 15 bucks for bad backs so I ordered that. C25k Monday, Wednesday, Friday. The new program Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Saturday will be my rest day, at least exercise free day. The dvd looked interesting RehabZone I think. It's for lower back pain and core exercises so I will try it and review it. My back pains sucks most days and if something helps I'm all for it. Now I have to remember how to program my treadmill (it's the chirp one. I brought it used for cheap 2ish years ago, still works great)
My mommy also surprised me with my favorite Monster drinks today. I only drink about 1 a week but I really do like the flavor. Low carb, sugar free, and it doesn't throw me out of ketosis. I drink them that little since I know they are not good for me but once a week is fine.
My MCT oil came today (It's HUGE) so tomorrow morning I'll try bulletproof coffee again. Hopefully it won't mess up the flavor too much and I can drink it instead of my regular coffee.

I don't notice any flavor at all with the MCT oil...

That's what I'm hoping. I like plain coffee in the morning. Coconut oil always messed that up for me and in the afternoon it was too late to drink for me. I would be up all night.

MTC oil has zero flavor.. just make sure you blend it so that the oil doesn't float to the top
