Well, I took the idea of making sure I had enough salt far too seriously. I had way over any reasonable level yesterday. I had better watch it! I do love saltiness far more than sweetness--sugar is not my problem. So--I suppose, drink lots of water today and keep sodium okay without going too low? On one of my meds it says not to have salt substitutes, so my doctor may not want me to take supplements either if I cut back too far on salt. I'm still not achieving anywherew near a low of 20 net gr carbs, but keep learning about the keto diet. As soon as I can get near a grocery store I will get very serious about it. I learn something new every day through trial and error, that's for sure.
