cold and hungry and even my own mother hung up on me. since i had nothing interesting (enough to her) to say she'd much rather get back to watching tv. screw her. i stayed relatively on track today. better go to bed while i'm ahead. time to plan tomorrow's meals and go to bed on time so i can go for a walk tomorrow before work. trying to keep an early schedule so i can get up early to either hit the gym or walk before work.
