I'm putting my dinner in hours before I eat today. My mom is taking us (me, hubby, son) out to dinner tonight and I wanted to plan it before I went. I may add a side of extra Marsala sauce and expect another 3 carbs added in. I'm also going to ask for butter (or just bring my own, I like my Kerrygold) to add to my veggie but other than that this should be what I'm eating tonight. I'll team it up with water and should be good to go. I love the fact that you can check nutritional information before you go and plan what you eat. I change it for any reason I will update. TOM is due soon. Today or tomorrow.
