Today I start fasting 16/8.

I will be fasting from 8PM to 12PM.

Just drinking coffee and lots of water.

25grs of Whey milk before working out at 12PM.

25grs of whey milk after working out at 1PM.

eggs/spinach at 2.30 PM

Then dinner at 6-7 PM.

Sugar Free Jello at 8PM
