Beginning Week 4. Up early this morning, bs is 77. Wt. down by 1#. I'll take it. Coughing has quieted down, so I know I'm slowly getting over this cold. So thankful it wasn't the flu. I need to get more creative cooking, so will find a few good recipes. Lots of online websites that have recipes, plus Pinterest. I love salads and meat. I almost always eat more salad than I should, but can't help myself. Looks like we had more snow last night. I just realized, I've lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. Woo Hoo!
