This is my third day back on Induction, and so far I'm back on track. I've been keeping my net carbs at 20 grams, plus or minus 1-2 grams. My water intake has been consistent, with the unfortunate side effect of extra trips to the bathroom at night; but as long as I can get the weight coming off again, I'll live with it. I've even been getting 15 of those net carbs from veggies, as recommended. So, I guess I'm off to a great start; which I hope will be reflected on the scale next Monday when I weigh in, inspite of getting a late start at getting back on track. Success is just around the corner.
