I got on the scale twice now before I was supposed to weigh in in Sunday and I lost but I am not loosing like I would like to.

Just keep pushing along, the weight won't always come off like you want but if you don't give up it will come off. And I think its ok to weigh yourself more than once a week. I weigh myself every morning. It keeps me accountable and every ounce lost is closer to your goal :) Good luck!

Keep your head up! I know what you mean though. I weigh every day and one day i had gained a pound! I was so bummed, but it was gone plus the next day. I wish I was losing faster, but I just remind myself that the numbers are going down for the first time in years. Keep going!
