Well what d'ya know--I went to a restaurant for brunch because a grandson is in town, and I was able to stick to my diet! They had scrambled eggs with choice of toppings (peppers and bacon for me), and fresh berries for dessert! Knock me over with a feather! I had only two small pinches of bread dipped in oil/balsamic/herbs. Washed everything down with delicious coffee and cream. I was so full I couldn't even finish my eggs! (Pardon all the exclamation points!) !!!!!
