Hmm, so I TRIED to get started yesterday. I did well during the day while at work but had a very stressful day. When I got home, I gave into the SUGAR monster. Felt horrible about binging, but back on track today. I won't allow one mistake to de-rail me. It's goign to take time to reduce my dependency on sugar -- especially when I'm emotional.
