Today the weight is the same., journal entry on tablet seems to add a weight entry. I think... or does it? One way to find out...
The shock for today was I had 4 triangles of toblerone. I don't even like the stuff. Anyway, I added it, took the info from the database and was rocked! 95g net carbs in 4 triangles, 572 kcals, really? REALLY???
Nah, can't be. So I toddled off downstairs to get the box. Phew. the databas was wrong. So, maybe the info was for an old recipe, or a bar for the states, or a giant bar, but not the same as my bar, which showed less than half the damage.
Just goes to show, never presume, always check, tread carefully, be aware and trust your instinct. Not just on here, in life too.
On a personal note, I took a huge step today for self preservation.. I hope I did the right thing. It was, for sure, the right thing for me to do today. The fallout will start tomorrow, no doubt. I must make proper food to take with me to class tomorrow. I ate rubbishly today, couldn't settle to food. What?! NO CABBAGE??.!!!! Unbelievable. (rofl)
