Hi all!!! Glad to say I'm on track, weight is being a bit weird, even though I'm keeping it only LCHF, but I suspect it's got something to do with my exercising. Last week I went 3 times & this week I've gone twice so far. Friday's the third day! And I'm also glad to say that I'm off the wine wagon for a bit... (Stress levels not high at work yet!)
