Met with a Personal Trainer today, at least I have someone to be accountable to now. He kicked my butt

Wow, you've come such a long way! What an inspiration to everyone on here! I would ideally like to lose 60 pounds, but I set my first goal for 40. I've been trying to shed these pounds for a few years, but I finally enlisted a trainer to help. Time to say goodbye to your last (and my first) 40 pounds!

Yes my final goal weight would ideally to be 150 or in the 140's, but I will be very happy when I get to the 150's, the last pounds just always seem to be so stubborn and have to work 5 times as hard to get them off
