Quiche is among my favorite foods, I've been making it naked (without the crust) for several years.

It's not something I eat often and this is the first time I've made a crustless one. I didn't have all the ingredients on hand for the way I usually make it, but that's the great thing about quiche, just throw in what you have! I thought it was okay, but the kids gobbled it up so I'm going to call this a success.

Dropping the eggs on the floor is an optional step. I do recommend it though as it takes the guess work out of what to make for dinner.

Thanks! The slices seemed small, but were very filling. I may start making one of these twice a month. They last about a week in the fridge, which translates to 8 easy meals. Three on Sunday when the kids are home, and 1 every weekday when they are at school. This has turned into one happy accident.
