Wow is dancing good for your soul or what!!!! After sitting through 4 hours of lectures i was so ready to be energized :)))))

Have been a super good girl today - YIPPPEEEE!

Chicken in gingered applesauce was v. yummy - will certainly be eaten again in this house!
