Why is it sometimes when you get going good, you start slacking? I was doing amazing. I was following Phase 1 to a T and then I was able to add meat in Phase 2 then that is where I lost control. I guess I liked the rules in Phase 1 and that I had to follow them or it really wouldn't work. Now, I am really trying to stay good but my mind wants to keep saying, "That's ok if you slip because you can start back up when you are done having this doughnut". However, I have had quite a few of these slips lately. I really do not want to mess this whole thing up. Please give me some advice. Thank you all!!!!!
