Got my sorry butt out of bed at 4:20 this morning to work out downtown at the gym before work. This was supposed to be the morning my daughter and I started working out together BUT I was there and she was not!

So far so good on the diet. Went to lunch with a friend yesterday, no Champagne and only ate half of a veggie omlet. Left the potatoes and only drank tea.

I think my scale is off, the one at work shows me down from Friday but the one at home shows an increase. There is no way I have increased in weight. I have not cheated. Must need a new battery.

Sorry mamma, I couldn't get out of bed. I'm going to try to go in the afternoon instead. I think i may be more successful. But I think we should still go together on Saturdays by your place.
