sliding back still... but most of the goodies are now out of the house, and I'm going shopping tonight for the 17 day diet foods (veggies, fish/chicken, yogurt, kefir, green tea, eggs/egg beaters) - tomorrow I'll try getting on the diet bandwagon full throttle!

Have already really increased my water drinking!
101.8 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
