Today i used the Wii-Fit and burned 256 calories. I also counted my calories, and though i'm still under the 1600 i allowed myself for the day, i'm going to have to eat a low-cal dinner to keep it there. I'm hoping that tomorrow i will have lost at least a pound. In a few minutes i'm going to ride my stationary bicycle to burn more calories. I'm having a lot of trouble with plantar fascitis in my left heel and it's very painful to walk and do Wii eXercises. The bike should be a little easier on my heel.
