Have held fast to my diet, had no chicken at son's house last night as it was fried. Ate 2 grapefruits instead and ate when I got home. Too late to eat actually but I was hungry by then,
Have increased my time at the gym on the cardio, did 45 minutes today plus weight training. Starting tomorrow Tasha and I will be hitting the gym before work on Monday Wednesday and Friday plus I meet with a trainer next weekend again for 3 sessions. Will switch out cardio and weights every other day as suggested by the trainer because of having a shorter time in the am.
