Day 3 (P1): Weighed the same as yesterday 179.5 lbs with 30% body fat. I started with 31%. The late morning stared with a jog with my dog and then 30 minutes at the gym doing stretches and weights. I still get cravings for salty foods and sweet foods. Breakfast: 1 egg over-easy with light soy sauce. Lunch: drive through at McDonalds: got grilled chicken sandwich minus sauce minus bun. It was quite tasty. Had a side salad with Newman's Own Italian salad dressing. I check the salad dressing before using it and it only had 1 gr of sugar, so okay to have. And for a drink: Diet coke. Dinner: at a White Spot: shared meal with my wife and we had Sirlon steak with Asparagus. I'm tired. gotta go.
