It sure has been a long time since I have been on here. My husband has Type 2 diebetes and I'm here to use the tools I need to keep us both on track. Wish me luck....

The best of luck. Welcome back. LC will really help your hubby a lot. My husbands Dr. was amazed at how well his numbers changed doing the LC diet
