Day 3 and still on track! Tomorrow, I'm going for a lunch meeting! Ugh! But it may be ok. I'm taking my scale and my avocado oil/vinegar to weigh what I eat and to dress my salad properly. I should be able to get macros and log them in ok. When I get back I'll finish my day.

Have you ever eaten at Prett A Manger? Organic, healthy.. I'm sure I can purchase a sandwich with meat, throw away the bread and bump up a salad. If you want to see their menu: www.pret.com!

Pret is excellent for low carbing. You don't have to buy a sandwich, they sell small salads with good leaves and protein. Also they sell a little tub with 2 hardboiled eggs and rocket garnish.

Thanks so much. I'm feeling much better about this today. Cattylarue, glad my business meeting partner suggested it. I told her what i was doing and she was so agreeable. Funny thing is, my FAV bread pudding is just down the hall at another restaurant! I'll be ok though....I'm on a mission...for major self improvement!
