I have been sick the past few days. Yesterday I thought I was feeling better but at work I was coughing/sneezing and I felt so weak and out of breath. I feel like being at work was making my cold worse, maybe its because retail stores have a lot of dust. This is the first time I have been this much sick. I have today off so I will rest. There has been no change in weight which is frustrating since I have been staying under my calorie count. I went back to the time where I lost weight and I realize that I ate what I wanted but in small quantities. If I feel like having a cookie I'll have one or two, the same with chips instead of a whole bag I'll have maybe 3 chips. I know this would be better for me since it has worked before it just requires being strict.
