Happy Day 2 of the new year! I haven't had my first meal yet BECAUSE I'm on my way out to walk to the nearest Rite Aid to weigh in on the HIGI machine. Don't know and don't care WHAT the numbers are because the HOLIDAYS ARE OVER!!! And, I must say I did enjoy a serving or two of garlic mash taters and delicious basmati rice! I had a bread pudding serving and a chocolate lava cake serving! I also had chocolate creme brulee! I ate some BREAD! Oh yes, I know exactly what I ate.. So I'm all good with the numbers because I will be saying BYE BYE TO THEM FOREVER! I'm on plan and lovin' it and I can't wait UNTIL SUMMER!!!!
