Alright, I am back AGAIN! I find that with FS, I am more in control of many things in my life. I have to think of my food intake and therefore I find myself remembering a lot more of how my day goes by. Is that weird? I do have to get into the Brain Training games due to good old menopause. I am just not as sharp as before. I also need to get out more now that my Mom has passed. In other words, redo my habits to include a healthy lifestyle. No more cookies in the house and I need to banish the ice cream and soda. Water is the best and I enjoy it. I hope all of you had a super holiday season. Mine was bittersweet with the loss of my Mom but I know she is rooting for me!
