Happy New Year, everyone.
I've managed to safely make it through the first two days of the new year. I'm still trying to make it through one full rotation on the Rotation diet, so I'm at 1200 calories a day through tomorrow. I missed the gym today--too many other things going on, but I got back to it on Sunday and I swear I'm going to get there tomorrow.
