Happy New Year! Let the diet of cookies be over and the sugar detox to begin. Got the results of the Body Transformation Challenge. They weren't as good as I had hoped but they got me back to where I was when I fell off the wagon so I ended the year at my best. It can only get better as I still have to hit my goals. My next 6 weeks my goals are: 1. to track what I eat for at least 5 days of the week. 2. Visceral fat to be 11 (currently 14...down from 17) 3. Body Fat % to be 32 (currently 35.5...down from 39.7) 4. Body Fat Mass to say -25 pounds (currently -29.5...down from 39.9) 5. Skeletal Muscle Mass to be 70 (currently 65.5...up from 61.3) 6. to hit my 10,000 steps a day 7. Lift 3 days and cardio 2.
Nothing earth shattering or unattainable. One foot in front of the other.
