Still in alot of pain from my fall the other night. I was in the kitchen and turned around too fast and fell! I plan to get to the gym this afternoon even if I can't do much.

I ended up not getting to the gym. I went to lunch with my friend Lynne (lawurst on here! ) And almost fell again in her office! I have to stop trying to spin around because I just end up on the floor:) On the days I feel better I tend to do too much and that only makes the bad days worse:(

I've always been clumsy but I also have a problem with vertigo so spinning around is a big no-no!!!

It's very annoying. It's worse when I lay down and try to turn over. Then everything just spins! It comes and goes, and I have medicine for it but that makes me tired.
