(blech) - oatmeal is just NASTY!!! Could only eat 1/2 of what diet said (shudder).

Food is so expensive nowadays, I can't stand throwing it away unecessarily. Again deviated from diet plan by having last nights leftovers for lunch today. Since dinner was fish & couscous with roasted tomatoes, I don't think that'll hurt. Also had one of those fudge bars. Oh year - chocolate ice. But you know what? For 35 calories, it satisfied my chocolate / gimme sweets urge. For exercise, refinishing cabinets (noting as *housework* lol).
