Excited excited! Waiting for my new crock pot to come via HSN! First thing I'm cookin' is chicken thighs in tikka marsala sauce! Shoulda purchased two jars of sauce but oh well...put half the tray of thighs in the freezer. Thing I'm missing most right now is mashed taters and gravy. Maybe I'll add a little arrowroot to the sauce.... mmmm...
