I pretty much stay under 1200 calories. I still weigh 167, but that is after I gained 2 pounds. So, I guess you can say, that staying around 1200 calories and no snacking will probably be about 1-2 pounds a week. (I hope). Oh, and I found time last night to walk 2 miles with my friend. Something I really needed. Wish I could go every night, but hate doing it alone.
