Had a great time with my sister, Marianne (well, sister from another mother ha ha!) It's how I "claim" my Greek-Italian heritage! PF Changs. May I say I do miss rice? So, I indulged.. but with sushi and just a pork fried rice. Marianne NOTICED my weight loss and made a comment that I lost more weight than I realize! Yeah! She wanted to know what I was doing so, i told her "keto" and later last night sent her vids from the tube. We shared everything..crab wontons, I ate 3. Shrimp tempura, I had 4, and onE dish of pork fried rice. There were leftovers of the rice which she packed and took home because I ONLY WANTED WHAT I COULD CONSUME..nothing came home with me! She said, "you are serious about this and I can see the results. I need to get on the ball, Avis." Oh yes...great lunch..just one more December 26 but until then, I'm all prepped up for KETO!!!!
