Happy New Year to all my FS Buddies. With a new year, comes the beginning of a new Challenge. As I'm not going to begin the new year without traditional New Year's side dishes, black eyed peas, and collard greens; Induction will be delayed a couple of days. However, this Challenge lasts four weeks, so I have plenty of time to get this year off to a great start. Like many of you, I gained some weight this holiday season, but refuse to let it get me down. This is a new year, and another chance to succeed, which is what I intend on doing. I wish the best of luck and continued success to all my fatsecret buddies, as we continue to support, and cheer each other on, in this weight lost journey during 2012.
