I woke up around 5am this morning. I had really bad muscle pain in my legs. I couldn't fall back asleep due to the pain. I stayed up and messaged my legs until it felt somewhat better. it screwed my sleep schedule so right now I'm extremely tired. I woke up at 8am to run errands and I skipped breakfast. I will continue to fast until 3pm. I plan to take a nap before I eat and go to work tonight. I'll try to do some exercise after work. tomorrow is my day off I plan to rest at home. the forecast is snow tomorrow and for the day after
