another entry today. I just started using this app 3 days ago. I never counted calories before. My routine was eat what I wanted and exercise it off via running on the treadmill. I was gaining a lot of leg muscle which is great but together with fat I looked really big. I realized extreme exercise is not for me hence calorie counting. But it's a struggle
